Cannot see new account in myBT

Hi,

I recently got a new account from BT but myBT only shows the old one.

Hi @vipinrad welcome to the community and thanks for posting. If you have more than one account you can toggle between them using the drop down option.

If the new account hasn't been added to your BT ID try logging in to MyBT on a browser, click Your details then Account, from that webpage you should be able to add your new account number.

Thanks, i can see my new account under My Details -> Account details but when I click on My Products, it switches back to the old one and the drop down to switch account does not appear. I'm not able to see the product under by new account.

I can get the old account removed for you which should clear this up. Check your inbox for my message and drop me over a reply with the details.
