Personalised Offers

Hello,

We currently have a contract with BT, running until November 2024. However, we are being offered 'Personalised Offers' to renew our deal, on myBT. When trying to access these, it prompts us to migrate to EE TV & Broadband. When clicking through, we then receive an error message to call for offers.

Has anyone had this issue, and know how to resolve?

Yeah, I've been getting the same error message for about a month now, Refuse to ring them cause last time i was on the phone for nearly a hour.
