Not really a question, but I phoned earlier with a view to cancelling/removing the phone service from my fibre and phone package.
This is how to lose a long time customer. I was advised that it is possible but would mean agreeing to another contract and paying an extra £3/month for the privelege. Another £3/month for fibre only at £32/month.
I declined and will continue at the current £29/month for line rental and fibre until the end of the minimum term, Oct. this year.
Then it will be bye bye BT.👎

You're not in the recontract window, any changes won't be very competitive, you're in a minimum term so there's no need to offer discounts.
Wait until the last 30 days, then see what offers are available and make the changes needed for your needs/budget.
