Please HELP !

Go to solution

Can ANYONE please help ?

We have had 2 complaints in since our loss of service since mid December, both of which have been closed without completion.

Every time we contact the call centre we get a different opinion.

We have now had a letter threatening bailiffs ! BTs advice has been to ignore it !

We are at our wits end.

Could someone ( anyone ) please take ownership of this problem.

Yours sincerely

Richard

If you have had letters from bailiffs have you stopped your direct debit and are therefore not paying BT?

You now need to involve Ofcom

Also issue a letter of dispute (template letter online)

Bailiffs are really only used for non payment

Maddening paying for something you're not receiving but canceling payment often makes things worse

Re: Please HELP !

Ofcom do not deal with individual complaints about broadband or billing.

You will need to complain to BT then if it is not resolved in 8 weeks get a deadlock letter and take your complaint to a dispute service.
