My gamepass subscription expired (through BT). I would now like to pay for gamepass directly through microsoft and they said I cannot do it as the account is still linked. Customer service didn't help me.
I see on the forums this is a recurring issue, I think the problem should be escalated to the technical department so it doesn't continue to be a problem and a waste of time for the support staff.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if your Xbox Account is still showing as being managed by BT. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get this investigated.
