Tracking my cancellation order shows that my returns packaging was sent to an address I haven't lived at for nearly two years. I need to get this sent to my current address, where my BT broadband service has been running from since I moved. The email reminder about returning kit says that if I log in to MyBT I can ask for more truck packaging by clicking 'Return your kit', but this option is not available anywhere - all I see is my PlusNet BT Sport subscription.
