Prices for 4k netflix and boost for now tv

I'm tempted by the great deal that they currently have on BT TV + Netflix and Now TV (which I currently pay for separately) but I want to make sure I retain the 4k for netflix and the boost for Now TV, are the costs to upgrade to those roughly equivalent to the difference you pay when paying for the streaming services separately?

The BT add-on for HD/4K @ £6 covers NOW content (Boost), BT Sport and AMC.

You would then need to pay separately to upgrade the included Netflix SD to HD or 4K. If I remember correctly, it is an extra £4 to upgrade Netflix to "Standard" including HD and £9 to upgrade it to Premium for HD and 4K. 

The option is given during the order process, or you can add it later.
