Problem claiming reward card

Hi I have been promised a reward card and have received an email saying I can claim the card and to follow a link. When I follow the link it appears as though there are 3 customer numbers but none of them have a reward. How do I claim the reward ?

Thanks for joining the Community.

I am sorry that you aren't able to claim the reward at this time. When you get your order confirmation, you should be able to claim the reward then. After we know that you’re happy with your service (this is usually 14 days after installation of your broadband), your reward will be sent to you. As long as you’ve claimed, there’s nothing else you have to do. I believe the reason that you can't claim is that your email for online billing may have your older BT accounts from the past. If that's the case, I'll be able to help you. I'll send you a private message with some details that I need.
