Problem claiming reward

Recieved email and text for reward when i click on link and log in it comes up with both a new account and an old one, it will not let me access new account to claim reward, this is on main site, my BT no good either, can anyone help please

Thanks for sending over the details. As discussed, I've processed the reward claim for you and also removed the old account from your MYBT.
