Problem showing personalised deals on MyBT

I have the same problem. New fibre BB+EE (only internet) install.

I have been emailed a bill but the figure is not what the original contract said, which was about 35/mth, now about 50.

The install had to be rearranged a few times and it seems that the account was cancelled and then reactivated but with no services added. I was given 1 month free and an EE box was sent, which I used until the fibre was installed.

The website says that no bill is due (because 1 month free?).
The My BT site doesn't show any services and there is only one account, with no products added yet.

Should I add BB or will that mean I will get another bill?

I had the bill part sorted by an online chat.
The extra was for install+ee box.
The problem was that the original account is inactive,
and there was another added but they forgot to tell me!
Website still has the original account, so I can't access new deals and so on.
Do I need to remove the original account?
