HI I cant login into my account, it says my BT ID has not yet been activated, i request a new activation email, which i follow, complete the info and it says its all done, when i try to login in it goes back to the same thing, BT ID not yet activated. I have been with BT for a number of years and previously could access my account. i have contacted BT twice about this issue and spoken to the technical team, who assured that it would be fixed, but the issue remains.

I am sorry for the problems you're having activating your BTID. I understand you've followed all the steps in the email and you're still having the same issues. I appreciate the time you have spent on the phone with my colleagues to try and get this resolved.
