Problem with eligibility check for Essentials

Hi there

I'm trying to register my mother (who is on Pension Credit) for Essentials - but the registration page has her DoB wrong (the year given is ten years before her actual year of birth). The other details are right but the page does not allow me to correct the DoB. I've checked on her BT account and the DoB is correct there so that's not the source of the problem.

When I try to submit the National Insurance Number is just says 'there is a problem with the information you've entered'. 

Can anyone help? Thank you in advance!

@camberfilm Hi Adrian, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems ordering BT Home Essentials broadband for your Mother. I'll send you a private message and we'll be happy to check the DoB on our systems as it may be different from the one you see in MyBT.

Thanks Neil. I was able to get online support from one of your colleagues who updated the date of birth to the correct date on the system.
