Originally claimed on 24th September, I contacted BT (on 1st November), I was passed on to the reward card team. Complaints were opened then closed. Two weeks later (14th November) no news. I have contacted BT again today and (while the person was excellent) I am no closer to getting the reward card. I am very disappointed that this was an incentive to join BT and not only were BT not forthcoming, but after 3 phone calls I am still left hanging. Is there a financial ombudsman that I can escalate this to as BT don’t seem interested.
