I just opened an email about my bill so I logged in to view it but my password was rejected.
It's the password that I used last time. This "User name/Password combination is rejected" happens frequently. Does anyone know why?
It happened again just now. I entered my BT name and it was rejected so I tried again using my BT password as well. This too was rejected so I clicked on "Forgetten password?" and below is the error message that popped up.
So I entered my usual BT name and my usual BT password and both were accepted! (I have snips as proof but can't post them because they contain confidential info.)
Any suggestions what causes this nonsense?
I was then asked to complete a survey so I did but when I clicked on Done (or whatever) this is what I saw:
