I previously opened a BT account to watch Sports for a month, but have now decided to switch to full package.
There have been a number of problems with my order and i seem to have ended up with 4 BT accounts and two Logins. I tried to merge them without success.
How do i end up just the one account for my new package.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. If you have multiple old BT Accounts on the same BT ID this can sometimes cause issues. The quickest way around this is to create a new BT ID with just the active account. If you send me your details, I'll be more than happy to give you a hand getting that sorted.
