Anyone help please. I joined BT in sept 22 from sky with an offer of a £120 purecard offer. All activated and yet to date, no card. Spoke to BT, who upped the card to £125 and then purecard re the lack of card. Despite calling and emailing, I still have no resolution. I am sure this is a clear breach of contract by BT for something that I suspect won't get resolved.

I am sorry to see that you haven't had your reward sent to you yet.
When it comes to the amount, it being £120, we can't up that amount or change it. If £120 was the amount offered on the order then we can't change it to £125. The reward would go out at £120 and we may need to credit your BT account with £5 if that's what was promised.
When you contacted Purecard, what did they say to you?

They took details and said someone would be in contact. I've not received any communication from anyone which is frustrating.
