Question about Billing and Packages

Greetings to Everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying their day.

Can you get the Full Fiber 100 package without Halo 3+? I wondered. I'm trying to see if we can cut some expenses as we currently pay £53.99 monthly.

Last week, Full Fibre was installed. The engineer who came out the other day explained that the Hybrid Hub maintains connectivity during a power outage. Still, considering how rarely we have lost BT Broadband, is it necessary? To make matters worse, the engineer kindly informed us that the Hybrid Hub we connected wasn't functioning at all.

I'd appreciate any feedback, guys!

I'm enjoying my day, thank you, I hope you're enjoying your day too.

We do have Full Fibre 100 packages without Halo, with Halo or with the Halo+.

Are you currently in contract for your broadband service?

If you're in an area that doesn't have strong mobile signal, the Hybrid Connect option may not be best for you. That would be something that we would need to discuss with you.
