I've just placed an order for BT Broadband using the Quidco referral link. However, when I ordered after putting in all my details, address, credit check, etc it told me that I had to ring up to complete the order. So I did, but I am not seeing anything tracking in Quidco. Given the order was started as an online order, should I be eligible for cashback? I wanted to order online but tried 3 times in a row and was told I had to phone to complete.

Quidco T&Cs generally require an order to be wholly completed online o track & even then it's not guaranteed. If it hasn't tracked in a couple of days you'll have to raise a claim & keep your fingers crossed it's paid. But it will take months.

It won't track, the OP stated the order was raised over the phone, not all orders are suitable for online and require a telephone call.
