Re: Address not registered…

Salthouse Cottage was changed to Elderflower Cottage in 2023. It is recognised by everyone apart from BT apparently, including the Royal Mail and the S Glos Council to whom we pay council tax. Please sort this out I am awaiting delivery of urgent equipment

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

You will need to contact BT Billing on 0330.1234.150 and inform them to sort it out.

I’m a little confused,  you state that BT have  no record of this Elderflower Cottage address (renamed from Salthouse Cottge in 2023 )  ,  so presumably you haven’t been able to raise an order with BT because the address as far as BT are concerned, does not exist, so the urgent delivery of equipment is from who , and why does this involve BT  if you were unable to join BT ?
If this equipment is from BT , and that’s because you have been  a BT customer from prior to 2023 and your account still shows  Salthouse Cottage, and that’s why you are concerned about this apparently urgent delivery ( not sure how anything BT may deliver can be classed as urgent ) , did you did you inform BT of this name change back then ?

….perhaps you can provide much more in the way of details .
