Hi,

I am fuming with BT. I have had numerous emails and text messages to say claim your GBP 100. The only reward I can claim is £50. 

I’ve spoken to BT and they can’t even find an email that confirms when I signed up for broadband. Furthermore it took two months to get my broadband set up. I am sick of going back and forth with BT 

 

please send me my £100 reward which you’ve send me multiple texts and emails not forgetting to claim
