I have had this problem since February. Every month BT add £10 for Xbox live yo my bill. Every month I call them, explain the issue, request a refund etc etc. they tell me it’s fixed and won’t happen again….and then it does! 

So frustrated! 

Prior to this I had an issue with Netflix; my BT box automatically logged me onto someone else’s account-I could see their watch list etc and their account details inc email address and name! 

Im still waiting for a call back after the Xbox problem in September, and again in October. Two agents promised a call back to resolve, and no call! 

Awful service and must be a breach of data here somewhere. 

once I have a day spare I will be cancelling my BT contract and making an official complaint.
