Hi @Born-In-The-80s, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't get your BTID activated.
If you've another email address that hasn't been used as a BTID before you can set up a new BTID at www.bt,com/mybt and choose the option to create a BTID. You'll need your account number.
If you can't get it set up contact us via the Message service at Broadband | BT Help
