Our broadband was cut off 3 days ago by BT, no warning or logic. Several hours of conversation with BT and it has been concluded that all we can do is apply for a new service. Which we have done.
But I’m told now that it will take 2 weeks for the reinstallation to take place. Apparently this is because Openreach won’t change their fixed schedule. Meantime we have poor 4G, and a busy farming and holiday business to run..bookings to take, security to be covered etc. how can we expedite matters? Nearly 3 weeks without broadband is a killer for our business.
