I can empathise, and I wrote two letters in April , 11th & 26th April (2024) of complaint not even an acknowledgement , to date 28th May 2024, (both sent recorded) I tried to follow up with the e mail address (consumer-relationteam@bt.com) on the last page of my 2024 contract they bounce back , incredible situation a comm's company that cannot communicate.
A few more weeks and I will have to escalate to the ombudsman, very disappointing just not expected of BT

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
