I've also received the "We'll be removing your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription" email even though I have only recently signed up to it via my recent Full Fibre 900 upgrade.
My subscription still appears to be active when I log into my Xbox account but I fear this may be removed very soon by BT?
Please could someone help with this?
