Hi, @bladejac welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry the management of your Gamepass has not reverted back to Microsoft after it expired with BT. I'll send you a private message so you can contact the moderation team and we'll be happy to help you get that sorted.

Thank you for the response I have replied with details.
My account still said BT but I decided to try redeeming a code for ultimate (hoping id be able to use this after resolution if not). anyway that worked and now my xbox account says Microsoft controlled again.
not sure who's bug this is but would be nice to get it sorted.
FYI if something was done by BT then thank you
