I am sorry to see that it hasn't been reclaimed by Microsoft automatically yet. If you call our Customer Services, they can arrange to have your case picked up by our team that deals with Microsoft. Or, we can arrange to do this for you. It will take us a few working days before we can pick your case up and then contact our Microsoft team.
