Hi. I have a similar problem . I have a closed account that I need to remove from My BT as it is stopping me properly accessing my active account. Any help appreciated.

Hi John. I'm afraid something is still not right. On my PC if I try to log in I get the message "We couldn't find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again. On my android phone it logs in OK, but if I try to view Bills or Useage I get the messaage "Sorry, your billing and usage isn't available at the moment. We're just fixing a fault with My BT, so please try again later". This is the same message as has been coming up all along.
If I use my PC and go to My BT>Your Details>Account Details then my account shows up with my correct account number. If I use the app on my phone, then the correct account number appears - just no bill details etc.

Let me know if you can claim it and it works ok and if not I'll raise another fault to get the account correctly linked up for you.

Under MyBT>Your Details>Account Details it says that my role on this account is Account Holder.
