I also have an old account that takes priority when I log in,
Can you help me to remove it please, it's a proper nuisance every time I log in.

Hi @Gmartin, welcome to the forum and sorry an old account is causing issues with your MyBT.
sorry that you've old accounts on your BTID and this is causing some issues.
If you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. Create BT ID
If you don't have another email address you can use let us know.
