How do I unlink Xbox Game Pass from BT

Did you manage to fix it? I talked to microsoft and they said contact the company, then after contacting the company, they said contact microsoft. I dont know what to do because i cant even unsubscribe through microsoft

Is this from the Game Pass supplied by BT to you or a code you've purchased from a 3rd party?
