How long to wait for free Xbox Game Pass code to arrive?

Every time I click on the claim game pass, it takes me to Microsoft site but no pass code????

Hi @Clark2101, sorry you can't activate the Game Pass. 
Has your order completed recently and have you received emails/texts inviting you to claim the Game Pass?

Yes I got all that yesterday, and how to Gift the pass which I would like to do by giving it to my son. But has I said when you click on the link, it takes me directly to Microsoft page. cheers

Hi @Clark2101 can you try this way, log in to MyBT in a web browser. Click on 'Your products' and scroll down to content partners and click Add now on the Xbox Gamepass. To Gift it to your son you'll need to sign in with his Xbox account information.

I understand that, however there is no pass code given By BT, so you can’t sign in due to no codes ??? I have taken screen shots however it will not let me load them for you to see,
