Sorry for the problems. We are extremely busy at present so before we take your details in, can you call the helpdesk on 0800 800 150?
It would take us a few days to get round to pick up your details as we deal with cases in turn as we receive them. Speaking to the helpdesk may get the cheque sent out sooner.
