Kit returned but still charged

Hi

I returned my router in a prepaid envelope however I have still been charged and unfortunately i did not keep the receipt.

Are there any options available to me?

is it possible to get duplicate receipt from post office as i should be able to work out when i returned it from front door bell videocam
