There is a process in place for this now to make this much simpler and remove the stress.
If you call us on 03301234150 and select billing this should be a straightforward call. If you try this and have any issues please post back and I don't foresee a problem. We're experiencing unusually high volumes and this might be a quicker solution for you, but please come back to me should you need to.
