could you please help, i have had confirmation off BT that they are going to remove Missed payments from my credit report, i have phoned up neumorus of times and BT keep saying this will be sorted by Credit team, this has been on going now since 14th December, i had been advised to wait 5 working days which i did and still nothing, BT have said the credit team are usually quick but have not responded to their email that they sent them regarding removing them at a matter of urgancy as i am applying for a mortgage and BT are the only ones stopping us with Missed payments. i have spoken with Equifax and raise a dispute with them, they have now contacted BT and they have had no update either
is there anything you could do speed and resolve this for us i have proof that BT will remove these Missed payments on credit file as we are desperate to move house and get our mortgage on the go.

Hi @joandalex21_ welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry the mark on your credit file is causing problems with your mortgage application. The moderation team also have to email the credit referrals team regarding these cases. We can chase this up for you, if they've recently been contacted it may not speed this process up.
