Re: Moving to EE

Go to solution
Am about to have a nervous breakdown. Moved to EE fibre 1.6 on Monday, reception in several rooms poor. Have been told by EE technical that I should have gone for a lesser product (not offered at the time of ‘purchase’) as I’d had to use the BT disc extenders previously and would need to do so again; these are not offered with the super fast 1.6gb product. Spent half an hour on the phone on Monday, being offered a slower package with extenders, got cut off, no call back. EE store won’t say whether their extenders work with fibre and I’ve been sent no paperwork, no confirmation of anything, my BT account says it cannot be updated until the EE order is complete and my EE account only shows the (very expensive Sim) for my mobile phone. I feel as if I’m down a wormhole and can’t escape.

@Daba

As you are now an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
