Hi @rachelc, thanks for your post and sorry you can't find a way to cancel this online.
If you need to cancel it immediately then it would be best to give us a call on 0330 1234 150 and our customer services team will be able to cancel it for you.
We're quite busy at the moment but if you're ok to wait a few days for our help just let me know.

Same issue and others.
Switched to Sky ( I really didn't want to put £ in a certain media moguls pocket indirectly) but the increased costs and increased frustration left me with little choice.
I can add, remove and cancel via the TV. While I can't record I've discovered I don't need to. The new Stream system makes it almost redundant.
And it cheaper with a shorter contract.
As I said... reluctant but happier.
