With regard to my post above, I would like to mention that thanks to Leanne forwarding my post to the Executive Complaints team, everything has been resolved amicably using email exchanges by a lovely guy named Matthew.
The only downside, although completely out of contract, the removal of the Halo aspect, meant that the Basic FTTC now had to be placed on the usual 24 month contract!
