Hello, my mother in law did a refer a friend to me and we was told we would receive a £50 Amazon voucher each after I had paid my first bill but neither of us have received anything. I have contacted bt a couple of weeks ago and I was told I was going to get a phone call within 10 days to sort the matter out but no one has contacted me. I’m coming up to paying my second bill and myself and my mother in law has still not received any voucher. Please could you help me with this.
