Remove old BT ID

i am having the same problem where a guide mess my account up rather than discount my old account they give me a new account now they cannot remove it

Hi @omar_r6, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you've an old account linked to your BTID and it's causing issues.

If so set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. 
If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you fix this.
