Hi David, 

I had the same experience of "Str0ller", no link at all on the BT page. 

I had to call the BT, chaise them and they say to call back in 2 weeks time for the white bag. Unbelievable service, I can't chaise the BT for a service that they asking for !!!

Could you please sort it out.

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me today.

Sorry for the problems you had getting hold of a returns kit.  I can see an order was placed for one this morning so please allow a few days for it to be delivered to you.

I have also sent you a message privately and if you need anything you can get me personally by replying to that.
