We’ve moved and cancelled our BT phone/Broadband service but it seems that we have not received a returns bag. The Order says complete but we’ve had an email asking to return our kit. Happy to do this but no returns bag has arrived and we just seem to go round in circles on the My BT website trying to find out how to get a returns bag sent to our new address?
