Hi, I am looking for someone to help me receive a returns bag from BT. I received an email from them on 22nd April 2022 "Remember to return your kit". I logged in as instructed and ordered a returns bag on 23rd April, received nothing so then ordered again 1st May, again nothing arrived in the post. I then ordered again on the 8th May and the post has been today 13th May and yet again nothing received this week although on the returns page after ordering it keeps saying you will receive a returns bag within 2 to 3 working days. I know I have up to 60 days to return my Smart hub but at this rate it is impossible to return the Hub and I bet they won’t waste any time in charging me the £43 if I fail to return it. Please help, thank you.

i'm sure a moderator will get in touch with you here, i had the same problem and have promptly recieved bag after posting on here.
