Re: ‘Sorry, we can’t show your details right now’

Hi Daniel

Since switching back to BT broadband I can not see any account information on the website or app. I get a message saying sorry we can't get your account details right now and below it says we couldn't find any account details for that BTID. I have 3 separate BTIDs associated with my email address. Please can you assist in getting the previous accounts removed.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150


You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.
