I am having the exact same issue. My Broadband went live 9 days ago. I've received numerous emails and texts saying my 110gbp reward is waiting and I'm missing out but when I try to claim it, it says there is nothing there to claim. When I've called up or been on Live Chat, no one can seem to help. It's frustrating and annoying.
