Re: Two accounts and unable to claim reward card

Hi @tezeshwar, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry you can't claim your reward as there is an old account still linked to your BTID.

The quickest way to resolve this is to set up a new BTID with another email address that has never been used as a BTID. Once you claim the account holder on the new BTID you'll be able to claim the reward.

If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to get it claimed.

Cheers

How do I remove an old Account from MyBT

Go to solution

I had moved back to BT and set up the new myBT Account.

When I view MY BT, it is showing an old account that has been unused because of previous subscription.

How do I get this removed?

Been on the phone to some really nice people from BT, but getting no where.

Thanks in advance Community Friends
