Do you still have a subscription showing if you go in to MyBT online account > Your Products > Gaming ?

Thanks for your response.
When I go to MyBT > Your products I don't have a gaming option.
I have recently left BT and the game pass subscription has expired but it is still showing as active.
Looking at other post on the forums control of the account needs to changed to Microsoft.
