I have just had exactly the same thing. Went in and changed passwords etc but need to ensure I am not getting charged. I don't even have an XBOX

I am sorry that this appears to have been ordered without you knowing.
You don't need to have an Xbox to use the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate subscription. It can be used on phones, tablets and PC.
Have you rang in and spoke with anyone to cancel this and help you? Let me know.
