Xbox Ultimate Game Pass Issue - System down down for maintenance

I am getting this issue too. I tried last Monday and today (Saturday) I called the number and after 20 mins they told me to contact Microsoft about it! Not happy as I hoped to use game pass over the Easter bank holiday.

any chance of some help with this please?
