refer a friend not received amazon voucher

I referred a friend and he has paid 2 months of bills and neither of us have recieved any notification of any reward.

Ive spoken to BT multiple times who have said they would escalate the situation but its always myself that has to contact them.

Ive checked spam and junk folders but nothing
